We submitted a successful planning application for a side extension to this existing dwelling in Crowborough, East Sussex. The application involved a single storey side extension and opening up the existing kitchen and family room to create a large open plan area ideal for entertaining. The project has since been completed and we have been appointed to design a 2 storey extension in place of the existing conservatory.

We submitted a successful planning application for a side extension to this existing dwelling in Crowborough, East Sussex. The application involved a single storey side extension to provide much needed space for a growing family.
We have subsequently submitted a building regulations application and are pleased to see the project has been completed.

Lewes Road, Ringer
During 2016 we submitted a Successful building control application to construct a single storey side extension to this dwelling on Lewes Road, Ringmer in order to provide a bedroom and shower room at ground floor level.

Eridge Gardens, Crowborough
During 2016 we submitted a Successful planning application and building control application for the conversion of the existing garage at this home on Eridge gardens, Crowborough into a new family room and also added a new porch. The Build started in November 2016 and has since been completed.

Old Kiln Road, Flackwell Heath
During 2016 we submitted a Successful planning application and building control application for a single storey rear extension to this existing mid terrace house in Flackwell heath. The new room provided much needed additional space, which is used as a family room. Large bifolding glazed doors were installed to ensure that the exisitng rooms didn't suffer from a lack of light.
